Today's Workout
5 minute warmup walk. Discovered the big park is only 5 minutes from the apartment if you go straight!
Turned park into playground:
1 minute jog
3 minute walk
1 minute jog
3 minute walk
1 minute drills
3 minute walk
1 minute jog
3 minute walk
1 minute hill reps
3 minute walk
1 minute jog
3 minute walk
1 minute jog
15 minute cooldown/walk home
The next 3 days are off days because of work and having to go to the barn afterwards.

ReplyDeleteRight now I'm not sure. You did remind me that I was meaning to get a pedometer! :) Based on past walking/running speeds, about 2-3 miles per "run". This run in particular was definitely a 3-miler, and wouldn't be surprised if the walk-sprint session was also a 3-miler.

ReplyDeleteThey were! Luckily the weather was helpful-it was a really nice day out. Hill sprints in uber hot, muggy weather suck.
